VERWICKELUNGSFREIES AUFWICKELN – Vollmechanische Anlagen und strenge manuelle Kontrollen minimieren das Risiko von Verwicklungen und Verstopfungen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Druckvorgang. Sauber aufgewickeltes Filament garantiert eine problemlose PLA-Zuführung.
Verstopfungsfrei – Das PLA-3D-Druckerfilament bietet eine minimale Maßtoleranz von 1,75 ± 0,02 mm. Vollständige Trocknung für 24 Stunden vor dem Verpacken und Vakuumversiegelung mit Trockenmittel gewährleisten die Blasenfreiheit.
PLA-EINSTELLUNGEN (1,75 mm) – Empfohlene Extrusions-/Düsentemperatur: 200–230 °C, Betttemperatur: 50–65 °C, Druckgeschwindigkeit: 50–100 mm/s für optimale Druckergebnisse. Funktioniert einwandfrei mit den meisten FDM-3D-Druckern.
